Good vs. Evil
In the formal definition of religion, religion is defined in terms of specific elements, such as moral codes. The moral codes define good and evil. In 101 Dalmatians, there is a distinct line drawn between good and evil. Clearly, the villains in the film are Cruella De Vil and her minions. The protagonists in the film are the puppies, Pongo and Perdita, and also Roger and Anita.
The villain in the film Cruella De Vil is portrayed as cruel and uncaring. She is also seen as a satanic figure, because of her lack of emotions. The puppies even refer to her as "that devil woman". Ever since she first laid eyes on Pongo and Perdita, she wanted to make coats from their puppies skins. She goes to great lengths to ensure she gets what she wants, including kidnapping the puppies. She doesn't care that Roger and Anita said no to selling her the puppies, she is going to have them one way or another. Cruella hired Hoarce and Jasper to dognap the puppies while the Radcliffe's are out. But, Cruella refuses to pay them until the entire job is done, including skinning and making the coats out of the puppies.
When the puppies eventually escape from the Old De Vil Place. Cruella and her minions go on a rampage looking for the puppies, and they do not care what they have to do to get them back. "Pursuing the puppies, Cruella almost succeeds in ramming the lorry, driver, dalmatians and all, off a cliff, but the top of her car is ripped off during the chase, which comes to an end when the Baduns, trying to hit the lorry, succeed in ramming their truck into her car, sending Cruella, Horace, and Jasper over the cliff; all 3 survive, but Cruella is furious and subjects Jasper and Horace to a tongue-lashing at which point Jasper finally plucks up the courage to tell her to shut up." (Disney Wiki)
Cruella is so evil that she does not care about anyone else but herself and her fur coats. She does not care who she has to hurt in the process of getting the puppies. Her fur coats is all that is important to her. She does not even think twice about hurting her school friend, Anita.
